It was later conquered by Cyrus the Persian and then Alexander the great. The conquests reduced sardis to ruins in AD 17. A great Earthquake reduced the great city into a heap of refuse later, emperor Tiberius of rome gave it new life. This city worshipped the goddess cybele. Revelation of Jesus to them. Rev 3:1. 1 The one who has the seven spirits of God, signifying the fullness of God. 2 The one who has the seven stars-" I own and control the destiny of my pastors. Commendation. All limitations are embarrassing but some limitations announce themselves. (2 kings 5:1) Examples of Embarrassing Limits: A. Prolonged unemployment/ business stagnation. B. Visible prolonged sickness C. Marriage delay/ Divorce  D. Prolonged Childlessness 2. All limitations can be broken (Jeremiah 32:27, Luke 1:37, 2 kings 5:14) STEPS GUARANTEED TO DESTROY EMBARRASSING LIMITS 1. Accept that it can and will be destroyed. Restitution releases the power of pure conscience and boldness. (Acts 23:1, 1Timothy 1:5, Proverbs 28:1) 3. Restitution is the key to genuine and permanent deliverance and freedom (John 14:30),  (Luke 11:24-26). 4. Genuine Restitution releases blessings (Gen 20:14-18). - forgiving others (Gen 21:1-2). 5. This is about twice the time (1 kings 6:38, 7:1) 2. Solomon's house was about twice the size of God's house (1Kings11:43, 1 kings 12:1-4) 3. Solomon oppressed the poor (1 kings 11:43, 1kings 12:1-4) 4. Solomon cheated his business associates  (1kings 9:10-13) 5. Solomon made political marriage with the heathen ( 1 kings 3:1, 1 kings 11:1-4) 6. Solomon  worshipped idols and even brought them into God's house (1 Kings 11:5-8) 7.
